The object of this activity are disadvantage villages in disadvantages kabupaten that very large as 32.379 villages, then method of activity that will be used is survey method with sampling approach. Sampling is conducted by purposive sampling method that consider the representative and common characteristics (typologi) of village in a kecamatan in disadvantages kabuapaten. The sampled villages will be surveyed in verification purposes and also to identify potency, problems and disadvantages characteristics of such villages. The amount of sample villages is minimum 5 % for every kecamatan
