TOURISM DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM MANAGEMENT SUPPORT (TDPMS) is handled by PT. Reka Spasia Indonesia as the Lead Firm, under a contract with Regional Infrastructure Development Agency (RIDA), Ministry of Public Works and Housing (MPWH) (IBRD Loan No. 8861-ID) for a duration of 75 months and 23 days, with a contract value of IDR 106,925,204,987 and US$ 3,117,464, equivalent to IDR 158,363,360,987 (US$ 1 = IDR 16,500), involving 64 experts (6 international experts and 58 local experts).
TDPMS is Component 1 of the Indonesia Tourism Development Project (ITDP). It aims to improve the quality and access to basic infrastructure and services relevant to tourism, strengthen local economic ties with tourism, and attract private investment in selected tourism destinations in Indonesia. This project involves many agencies, including:
- Regional Infrastructure Development Agency (RIDA), Ministry of Public Works and Housing (MPWH) (managing 10 project packages, including the Integrated Tourism Master Plan (ITMP) and the Market Analysis and Demand Assessment (MADA) Program.
- Directorate General of Highways, Ministry of Public Works and Housing (MPWH) (managing 45 construction/consultancy project packages).
- Directorate General of Human Settlements, Ministry of Public Works and Housing (MPWH) (managing 74 project packages, including the Drinking Water Supply System (SPAM)).
- Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy (MOTCE) (managing 15 project packages).

TDPMS aims to support the Central Coordination Team and CPMU in program planning, budgeting, quality control, supervision, monitoring, reporting, and coordination to ensure smooth program implementation. PMS maintains dedicated teams across 6 Key National Tourism Strategic Areas (KSPN) to support local tourism development, align regional program implementation with the Integrated Tourism Master Plan (RIPT), and ensure compliance with the Environmental and Social Management Framework in line with World Bank requirements. Additionally, PMS is responsible for capacity building among central and regional tourism stakeholders
