• Procurement and contract management — Support tender strategy, vendor selection, contract drafting and supplier performance management to protect value and minimise commercial exposure.
• Quality management and assurance — Develop quality plans, acceptance criteria and inspection regimes that secure conformance to technical and contractual standards.
• Stakeholder engagement and communications — Design stakeholder analyses, communication plans and steering committee facilitation to build alignment and sustain momentum.
• Performance measurement and reporting — Build dashboards, KPIs and reporting cadences that give executives and delivery teams the insight to act decisively.
