Paul J. Trothman is an Australian citizen and a certified urban planner with more than forty years of experience in urban and regional planning across Europe, Australia, the South Pacific, and Southeast Asia. Mr. Paul also served as the Urban Planner for the Tourism Development Program Management Support (TDPMS) from 23 August 2018 to 15 December 2024 (73 months), under the management of PT. Reka Spasia Indonesia.

Sacha Schwarzkopf is a United States citizen who earned a Master of Science in Urban Design (M.S.UD) from Pratt Institute, Brooklyn, New York, USA, in 1996. With more than 30 years of experience in the field of design and planning, Mr. Schwarzkopf has successfully completed projects across North and Central America, the Middle East, as well as North and Southeast Asia.

Mr. Sacha Schwarzkopf also serves as the Regional Planning Expert for the Project Management Support (PMS) for the National Urban Development Project (NUDP) from 1 April 2023 to 31 December 2025, under the management of PT. Reka Spasia Indonesia.
