Based on the background and general description of the previous P3DT-III character, all of consultants that will implement the P3DT-III activities are expected to understand and implement the P3DT-III mechanisms optimally in order achieving the purposes previuosly explained. Generally is to support the regency Local Government through the Regency Planning Agency in preparing 3 years development plan at the selected Kecamatan, which is called as Kecamatan Strategic Plan (RENSTRA Kecamatan). The consultant service includes preparation and planning for P3DT-III activities for technical planning year Tn+1, at 250 Kecamatan(s), 59 regencies in 14 Province with allocation of each province. This program is P3DT-III Combination Pattern for the continuation of P3DT program as Remote Village Inpres Program (IDT). The activity of this program is development of village infrastructure using approach pattern of capacity building for local government officials and community participatory approach.
