This Program is P3DT OECF II KSO Pattern as the continuation of the previous P3DT program as a Remote Village Inpres Program (IDT). The activity of this program is development of village infrastructure which are aimed in increasing market access, reduce local isolation, clean water and sanitation, support production, provide employment opportunities, etc. The tasks of consultant in P3DT Swakelola Program is to provide technical support to the Province Team, Regency and Project in implementing infrastructure development. Support is provided from the stage of preparation (survey, investigation and measuring); technical design (design drawings and technical specification), budgeting plan; construction implementation; construction supervision; monitoring and maintenance. Kinds of infrastructure to be built are: transportation infrastructure (road, bridge, gutter, retaining wall, wharves, etc); infrastructure supporting production (irrigation network), infrastructure for clean water and environment sanitation
