The main function of the ASFs is to provide and manage the human resources, administration and logistics and also financial supports for the Professional Staffs in carrying out their duties and responsibilities. The services include: 1). Managing the contracts, including payment of salary and operational cost, of Professional Staff selected by Rural Community Development Satker of DG PPMD MOV; 2). Providing administrative support and office operations; 3). Managing financial aspects for the Professional Staffs. Scope of Work: 1).
