Consultant’s Tasks: The tasks of the Consultant in P2D/P3DT program are to provide technical support to the Province, Regency, and the project Team in executing infrastructure constructions. Support is provided from the stage of preparation (survey, investigation and measuring); technical design (design drawings and technical specification), budgeting plan; construction implementation; construction supervision; monitoring and maintenance. Kinds of infrastructure to be built are: transportation infrastructure (road, bridge, gutter, retaining wall, wharves, etc); infrastructure supporting production (irrigation network), infrastructure for clean water and environment sanitation. P2D or P3DT is one of Remote Village program (Inpres Desa Tertinggal / IDT), as village infrastructure construction activity which is aimed at increasing of market access, reduce regional isolation, provision of employment opportunities, etc
