Objective of the Activity: The purpose of this activity is to develop a Land Consolidation Object Potential inventory, based on the Guidelines for Determining Land Consolidation Object Potential, which outlines criteria for identifying suitable locations. The main goal is to identify potential locations for land consolidation, particularly for: Regional development; Preparation of Kasiba (ready-to-build areas) and Lisiba (ready-to-build environments); Urban renewal; Post-disaster/post-conflict reconstruction; Small-scale agricultural enterprises
Scope of Work: This activity involves formulating recommendations for regions with potential land consolidation opportunities, based on analyses and supporting data. Key parameters for analysis and weighting include:
- Tangible Data (Measurable)
- Compilation of spatial and textual data from various sources, including:
- Administrative Boundary Maps (scale 1:25,000 for Java, Bali; 1:50,000 for other regions, covering 40 districts/cities)
- Land Use Maps (same scale and coverage)
- Land Ownership Maps (same scale and coverage)
- Land Capability Maps (same scale and coverage)
- Regional Spatial Planning (RTRW) Maps (same scale and coverage)
- Supporting Data such as:
- Population density
- Settlement hierarchy
- Road network plans
- Activity center distribution
- Spatial structure and land-use patterns
- Medium-resolution satellite imagery (≤5m spatial resolution, geometrically corrected, cloud cover ≤20%)
- Compilation of policies and regulations relevant to land consolidation, including spatial planning and regional development laws.
- Compilation of spatial and textual data from various sources, including:
- Intangible Data: Community preferences and participation, which serve as input for further analysis in the next phase of land consolidation assessment.
Output: Availability of textual and spatial data on land consolidation object potential for 40 districts/cities (integrating 6 provinces); Formulation of recommendations for potential land consolidation objects, applicable at the local level for site selection.
Outcome: Compilation of spatial and textual data along with recommendations for potential land consolidation locations across 40 districts/cities in 6 provinces, supporting effective regional land consolidation strategies.
