The objective of project is to assess, categorize, and promote One-Stop Integrated Service (PTSP) units that demonstrate exemplary performance standards in public service delivery, efficiency, transparency, and responsiveness. The Main Activities are: Development of Assessment Framework: Define performance indicators for PTSP, including service quality, processing time, infrastructure, staffing, innovation, public satisfaction, and governance compliance; Data Collection & Verification: Gather data from PTSP units across provinces, districts, and municipalities; Conduct field verification and interviews with PTSP staff and service users; Performance Evaluation & Categorization: Score PTSPs based on the framework; Categorize units (e.g. Excellent, Good, Adequate, Needs Improvement) using qualitative and quantitative metrics; Documentation & Reporting: Compile detailed profiles of PTSPs with good performance; Prepare analysis reports and recommendations for strengthening PTSP capacity; Dissemination & Capacity Building: Share findings with stakeholders through workshops or seminars; Highlight best practices and facilitate learning exchanges among PTSP units; Policy Recommendations: Provide input for regulatory improvement or incentive systems to encourage PTSP innovation and service excellence.
