OSP for Implementation Support of PNPM Urban and UPP Advanced Program Package 5 – Central Java and DI Yogyakarta Provinces

The Urban Poverty Alleviation Project (P2KP) is a government program aimed at reducing poverty in urban areas by empowering communities and strengthening institutions. The program began in 1999 and focuses on building community and local government self-reliance in sustainable poverty alleviation. P2KP is also part of the government’s efforts to improve community welfare and reduce the number of poor people.

This project is a national project implemented by the Indonesian government to address various poverty issues in society, particularly those living in urban areas. The Indonesian government subsequently assigned the Directorate General of Housing and Settlements, Department of Kimpraswil (Ministry of Public Works), as the project’s executing agency for the P2KP.

The project was implemented from September 14, 2012, to September 30, 2014 (36 months), with a contract value of Rp 34,474,172,095.
