This work is intended to run one of the tasks and functions of the Directorate of Spatial Planning Region IV in the context of spatial organization, and to implement the mandate of Presidential Instruction No. 5 in 2008, which set up and Spatial Planning dsk Merauke area, so that this region capable of greater functionality in order to encourage and enhance economic growth for this region and surrounding area, as well as supporting food security and national energy.
