The objective of this work was the direction of building and neighborhood planning implementation in the area of Tepin Layeu-Gapang, pursuant to the Regulation of Ministry of Public Work No. 06/PRT/M/2007 regarding General Guidance of Building and Environment Plan (RTBL) pursuant to UURI No. 28/2002 regarding Building Construction.
The scope of project encompassed: Socio-economic survey, topographic and land use survey; planned area and region analysis; compilation of building and neighborhood program concept; compilation of general plan and draft guidance; compilation of investment plan; compilation of plan control provisions; compilation of implementation control guidance.
