- Conducting studies on legal/statutory and administrative aspects, studies on regional planning and institutional aspects, and social aspects;
- Conducting discussions at the Center and regions as well as official trips to the regions in order to identify issues and problems, collect data as well as to compile technical materials and the RDTR Draft Regional Regulation along with supporting documents in the preparation of the RDTR; and
- Performing the compilation:
a) Technical materials (fact analysis and plan book) for the RDTR;
b) Draft Regional Head Regulation;
c) Policy Study on the RDTR;
d) Digital map of the Detailed Spatial Plan on a scale of 1:5000;
e) Strategic Environmental Assessment Document (KLHS);
f) Zoning regulation database (DBPZ) and implementation of point tests.
