The purpose of this activity is to assess the feasibility of investment through the calculation of costs and investment benefits of each potential area and the preparation of strategic investment plan and investment road map in areas that have been identified as potential areas prioritized development.
The purpose of this activity is: a). identification of investment feasibility in each potential region, including calculating the value of cost and investment benefits; b). establishment of the concept of strategic investment plan design and investment road map in areas that have been identified as potential areas in the initial study; c). implementation of cross-sectoral discussion forums and discussions with local governments, as well as other relevant stakeholders in the process of preparing the concept of strategic development of the Sunda Strait area,
The scope of this activity includes: a). Collecting primary data and information: field observations and observations at the sites of areas that have been identified as potential areas, baseline maps of potential areas of the Sunda Strait Bridge, Secondary data and information gathering from related sectors and stakeholders on the development of potential areas of Sunda Strait Bridge, such as regional economic data, quantity data and production value of each main sector, contribution data to PAD, investment potential data in each region potential, and others; b). Conducting discussion meetings and focused discussions with relevant sectors in accordance with the agreement with the assignor; c). Calculating investment feasibility through several methods, such as payback period method, net present value (NPV), internal rate or return (IRR), benefit cost analysis, and others; d). Establish investment feasibility of each potential area for a long period of time; e). Conducting regional agglomeration and analytical studies / analyzes of each potential region; f). Develop strategic investment plan design and investment road map in the area that has been identified as potential area in the initial study.
