The activities of the Compilation of Complete Instruments for the Control of Spatial Use in the Area Around the Mandal SEZ are intended to ensure orderly spatial planning, maintain the quality of the space in the area around the SEZ and secure the function of the National Strategic Project of the Mandalika SEZ Zone as of the national system. The target is the compilation of Zoning Regulations (PZ), Licensing, Incentives and Disincentives, and Sanctions. The boundary delineation of the area that will be compiled Complete Instrument of Control of Spatial Use in the Area Around the Mandalika SEZ includes: 1). Core Area. The Core area is directly adjacent to the main attractions (KEK Mandalika), with an area of 3,762.82 hectares and there are 6 villages (Kuta Village, Partly Prabu Village, Sengkol Village, Rembitan Village, Sukadana Village, Mertak Village) which are all located in Pujut District. The scale of the map settings is 1: 5,000. 2). Buffer Zone. Is an area around the core area that affects the function or is influenced by the core area 2, which includes cultivation, settlement and tourism activities. The buffer zone area is 23,382.59 hectares with 17 villages and 4 sub districts. The scale of the map settings is 1: 25,000.
