The scope of this activity were:
- Collection of policy documents, covering president decree on State Border Area Development Plan; RTRW Province; and District RTRW;
- Description of spatial utilization control direction on the three policy documents; and
- Formulation of recommendation and direction of state border area development based on the result of harmonization of planning direction, spatial utilization, and spatial utilization control direction.
- Detailing the State Border Settlement Area Development Master plan.
- Compilation of Building and Environment Spatial Plan (RTBL) Conception Compilation in 1 (one) rural settlement and urban settlement areas in Motaain State Border Area.
- Compilation of Detailed Engineering Design (DED) of Motaain State Border Area settlement area infrastructure which implementation was in 2015-2016.
