This activity is to assist the government in preparing data compilation documents and RDTR OSS Delineation as a basis for preparing RDTR Technical Material for Urban Areas. The scope of this activity is as follows: 1. Prepare activities, including: a. preparation of preliminary secondary data studies, at least covering the study of the district RTRW, previous RPJPD (if any), RPJMD, national policies and sectoral provisions related to space utilization; b. estimate the initial determination of the delineation of the Planning Area Division (BWP); and c. carry out implementation technical preparations which include preliminary data conclusions, preparation of work implementation approach methodologies, preparation of detailed work plans, and preparation of survey instruments as well as mobilization of equipment and personnel needed. 2. Coordinate with the Regional Government to determine the AOI delineation of BWP as well as the initial survey in order to identify the location 3. Organize FGD in district / city planning, involving related Provincial / Regency / City OPD, academics, professional associations in regional planning and the city, as well as other stakeholders deemed important to be involved, to define and agree on. arrangement of the RDTR planning area by the central government (ATR / BPN) and local governments. 4. Collecting data and information 5. Conducting periodic consultations to coordinate with the Supervision Team at the Center. 6. Make a report on the entire process of activities and products produced to the Supervisory Team.
