The general aim of this activity is to maintain food security stability. Meanwhile, the specific objectives of the Rice Land Purchase Study activity include: Identifying the potential/ advantages of purchasing Rice Fields; Identify the criteria for rice fields to be purchased; Identifying procedures for purchasing rice fields; Identify the obstacles that will be faced in implementing the Purchase of Rice Fields; Recommend draft regulations regarding the Purchase of Rice Fields; Recommend the level of regulations required – Government Regulations, Presidential Regulations or ATR/BPN Ministerial Regulations – regarding the Purchase of Rice Fields. The scope of activities carried out is: Conduct a survey; Conduct FGDs; Expose; Formulate integrated plans and synchronize programs; Determine sources of funding for infrastructure development funding and implementing agencies; Agreeing on the results of integration and synchronization of infrastructure investment programs.
