The preparation of this detailed plan is aimed for operational of the general spatial plan and as a basic for the formation of zoning regulation. While zoning regulation is a regulation that arrange the spatial utilization requirements and regulation control prepared for each of block / utilization zone, which its zone allocations is stated within the detail spatial plan (RDTR). Moreover, the detail spatial plan and zoning regulation (as the compliance of the detail plan) become a basic for spatial utilization control, in order that the spatial utilization can be executed in comply with the general spatial plan and detail spatial plan.
