The objective of implementing this activity is to provide technical assistance in preparing the construction implementation operational reference which covered spatial utilization and the control of spatial utilization. While the aim which is intended to be achieved is the preparation of zoning regulation on a part of Batam City region that will be used as practical guidance in spatial planning, especially in spatial utilization and control of spatial utilization.
