Consultant’s tasks in this project are to carry on comprehensive research and analysis to the problems of sea solid waste in Province DKI Jakarta both in qualitative and quantitative, and the implication that occur due to such condition, as an input materials for the government of the DKI Jakarta Province in stipulating strategic policy and technical action in taking prevention and management of sea solid waste within the area of DKI Jakarta Province
