The purpose of preparing the Master Plan and Detailed Engineering Design (DED) for the development of the Tanjung Batu Seaport is to assist the project implementing agency namely, the Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda) of Belitung Regency in preparing the necessary documentation for the Master Plan and the port’s development. The need for procuring consulting services for this assignment arises from the requirement to support the project implementing agency in complying with the regulations issued by the Government of Indonesia, particularly the Ministry of Transportation, in the administration and development of seaports. This includes, but is not limited to: Government Regulation (PP) No. 69 of 2001 on Port Administration; Ministerial Decree No. 54 of 2002 on Seaport Operations; And other relevant and applicable laws and regulations.
