The objective of the preparation of Dompak Islan Masterplan is to give direction in intergrated layout, comprehensive, and having long term vision in planning of building and environment structuring in Dompak Island area, which include materialization of comprehensive environment construction, continous and in harmony with the nature and also environment quality improvement which can improve the economic vitality of Dompak Island comprehensively. This project is expected to give as a result a master plan document of Dompak Island area and building and environment structuring plan from 3 types of zone, which consist of Center of governance (Goverment Offices), Private institution offices, Commercial and Public Services
The output of this work is:
- Master plan document which includes: 1). Land utilization plan; 2). Population distribution & density plan; 3). Land allotment and intensified land utilization plan; 4). Service centre area plan; 5). Development of infrastructures, facilities & utilities area plan; 6). The development track and implementation (by stages and cost); 7). The development implementation guidance (technical guidance); 8). Administration/ area management (Institutional & costing).
- RTBL document consists of 3 main areas (centre of governance, accommodation & tourism & resort), covering: 1). Structured land allocation plan; 2). Development intensity plan; 3). Development layout plan; 4). Environmental layout plan; 5). Circulation system and connecting path plan; 6). Open plan layout and green area plan; 7). Environmental orientated infrastructure, facilities and utilities plan; 8). Detailed design guidance; 9). Administration/ management “Tapak Kawasan” (institutional & costing).
