- Implement the PPSIP program by: (i) strengthening and empowerment of WUAFs and their apex body on scheme level (IP3A); (ii) supervision and monitoring of TPP, KPL and Dinas staff implementing the WUA Empowerment Sub-Component; (iii) development of WUAF networks; and (iv) development and institutionalization of WUAF technical, financial and management audits,
- Public awareness campaign; preparation of material/ documents of public awareness and implementation of public awareness (socialization, dialogues, appreciation etc)
- Synchronization and coordination on irrigation governance and irrigation financing among government institutions and between government and non-government,
- Guidance on the preparation of local government regulation and decrees,
- Guidance to BAPPEDA on regional planning development and coordination,
- Establish and development irrigation Commission (IC),
- Review and update status of existing irrigation schemes in the district,
- Develop District irrigation Management Plan (DIMP),
- Implement DIMP- assist WUA develop and implement irrigation Management Plan (IMP) of individual schemes.
- Prepare detailed semi-annual reports in English of all irrigation component in the loan document and PPSIP Activities under the responsibility of BANGDA with supporting data for use of ADB supervision missions,
- To assist Monitoring and Evaluation activities program PISP overall responsibility BANGDA.
