The objective of the Special Training Workshop is to strengthen institutional capacity and support the redevelopment of the Bureau’s personnel and organizational systems through targeted training, under Grant TF-094088. Key Activities:
- Needs Assessment: Identify skills gaps and organizational challenges; Align training goals with redeployment strategy.
- Workshop Design & Development: Develop curriculum tailored to civil service reform and change management; Prepare materials focused on organizational strengthening, human resource planning, and strategic alignment.
- Implementation of Training Sessions: Conduct workshops involving personnel from central and regional offices; Apply participatory and hands-on methodologies to foster engagement.
- Evaluation & Follow-up: Assess workshop effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics; Recommend post-training actions for sustainable organizational improvement.
- Coordination & Reporting: Liaise with relevant units and stakeholders to ensure integration; Provide timely reports on progress, outcomes, and lessons learned.
