The purpose of preparation of KSISS Masterplan Concept in Lampung Province is to formulate the concept of Masterplan KSISS Lampung Province by taking into account the social, cultural, economic and investment aspects, physiographic, environmental, transportation and institutional as well as reviewing / mapping the progress / changes especially related to the aspects.
Scope of project were to :
- Review and refinement of the results that have been produced in 2012.
- Harmonization of previous studies related to the development of the Sunda Straits Strategic Area and Infrastructure.
- Assessment, analysis, and review of each aspect include: 1). Preparation of social indicators in the development of the area, including socio-cultural structures, socio-cultural potential of the community, and the readiness of society to the development; 2). Assessment of physiographic and environmental characteristics in area development, such as assessment of physical characteristics, natural resource potential and disaster vulnerability, review of utility system and land suitability and capability; 3). Assessment of the region’s economy and investment to identify potential and sustainable sectors as well as economic issues and the assessment of economic activity; 4). Assessment of institutional aspects, among others, by reviewing aspects of applicable legal provisions and organization, and its resources; 5). Review and analysis of system activities and transportation network system to build connectivity in the development of the region.
- Preparation of materials and information related to the social, cultural, economic and investment aspects, physiographic, environmental, transportation and institutional aspects in the preparation of KSISS masterplan concepts of previous studies, related sectoral policies, and regional inputs.
- Provision of base maps in digital form.
- Mapping to provide an overview of current socio-cultural, economic and investment conditions, physiographic, environmental, transport, and institutional and upcoming estimates that are expected to influence the development of KSISS.
- The preparation of an inventory matrix of changes in the legislation of national (sectoral) policies, and strategic environmental changes that impact the development of KSISS in relation to social, cultural, economic and investment aspects, physiographic, environmental, transport and institutional, previous studies, relevant sectoral policies, as well as input from the regions and the results of discussions on focused discussions, and consignments.
- Preparation of database and formulation of study of social, cultural, economic and investment aspects, physiographic, environmental, transportation, and institutional as the material of drafting of KSISS masterplan concept.
- Preparation of the masterplan concept of the Sunda Strait Strategic and Infrastructure Region of Lampung presented in Rendering Master Plan scale 1: 2000 and / or 3D modeling area in A3 format that contains the whole concept of planning and design.
- The implementation of focused group discussions is 1 (one) time in Lampung and 1 (one) time in Jakarta to discuss the results of socio-cultural aspects identification in preparation of KSISS preparation due to changes in national and sectoral policy laws and changes the strategic environment is related to the socio-cultural aspects as well as the direction of the study formulation by inviting related experts and the concept of masterplan being prepared. In the implementation of focused discussions at least invite 20 participants.
- Implementation of consignment of 1 (one) time in Jakarta with participants minimum of 15 (fifteen) people for 1 day (fullboard).
- Conducting field trips to Malaysia for 3 (three) people over 3 (days) to obtain an overview and enrich information about the development of the region in Malaysia and the process of preparing its masterplan.
