Theobjective of this project was the compilation of Raperpres RTR KSN Ujung Kulon National Park that has been agreed upon by the district, provincial governments and related ministry/institution.
The scope of this project activity encompassed:
Stage 1 (year 2012: 7 months)
- Undertake literature study on legislation and studies related to the area
- Identify and determine the area strategic values
- Identify the area strategic issues and determine area delineation
- Agreement upon area initial delineation with regional government.
- Procurement and preparation of work map in digital form (topographic map and satellite image and the interpretation)
- Undertake site survey and data collection
- Undertake analysis on related aspects to determine KSN spatial planning policy direction
- Undertake initial study related to KLHS compilation, with at least undertaking (base line data together with field survey; Undertake analysis of base line data; Formulate environment strategic issues; Undertake consultancy with related stakeholders; Provide input to KSN development concept)
- Formulation of the objective, policy and strategies of KSN spatial planning
- Formulation of KSN spatial structure plan and spatial pattern plan
- Preparation of thematic map including spatial pattern plan and spatial structure maps.
- Compilation of initial draft raperpres
- Compilation of draft RTR KSN technical material
- Undertake consignment in Jakarta in the view of determining spatial planning policy direction and formulation of spatial plan content.
- Undertake focused discussion (FGD) in Jakarta and discussion in the region in the view of agreement upon strategic issues and area delineation, spatial planning policy direction, and spatial plan content.
- Undertake focused discussion and explore the input related to strategic issues and area delineation.
Stage 2 (year 2013: 9 months)
- Agreement upon KSN development concept
- Formulation of spatial usage direction containing program indication
- Formulation of control direction
- Undertake the study and formulate KSN institutional concept
- Accomplishment of RTR KSN technical material
- Compilation of raperpres RTR KSN
- Agreement upon RTR KSN technical material with regional government
- Discussion and agreement upon the attachment map content with related sectors and regional government
- Cross-sector discussion on draft President Regulation (Raperpres) of RTR KSN with government institution (BKPRN) and head of region to obtain substance agreement
- Compilation KLHS documents with at least undertake (in-depth analysis on environment strategic issues), formulate mitigation on environment strategic issues related with spatial plan concept, and formulate the recommendation
- Printing of map album and preparation of RTR KSN attachment maps in the form of State Gazette
- Undertake consignment in Jakarta in the view of spatial plan content accomplishment, accomplishment of Raperpres technical material, attachment map discussion, and compilation of KLHS documents.
- Undertake focused discussion (FGD) in Jakarta in the view of discussing KSN institutional aspects.
- Undertake discussion in the region in the view of agreement upon RTR KSN material and attachment map content.
- BKPRN meeting in the view of discussing and agreement upon RTR KSN content in Jakarta.
