This work was intended to assist and encourage regional government in Southern Sumatera area through series of technical activities, thus the regional government in Southern Sumatera (encompassed: South Sumatera, Bangka Belitung Islands, Jambi, Bengkulu, and Lampung Provinces) can be more optimal in the process of Provincial and District RTRW stipulation pursuant to applicable law and regulation.
The scope of activity encompassed:
- Undertake visit and discussion in the regions in the view of identifying in more detail the issues that detained the stipulation of Provincial and District RTRW regional regulation in southern Sumatera regions once in each provincial capital city.
- Undertake analysis and compile the documents of acceleration facilitation strategies of Provincial and District RTRW regional regulation in southern Sumatera regions
- Analyze and provide recommendation on solution to problems developed in the process of Provincial and District RTRW regional regulation stipulation in southern Sumatera regions
- Facilitate technical settlement through technical discussion activity facilitation in 5 provincial capital cities in southern Sumatera regions.
- Undertake identification of the sectors for the pattern and structures referred to in RTRW;
- Undertake identification and handling of pattern and structure suitability with adjacent districts;
- Undertake conformity between technical material, map album, and post-substance approval draft regional regulation;
- Undertake identification and solution for unregulated and problems occurred after RTRW has been compiled;
- Undertake identification of the process of regional regulation stipulation progress after persub of Ministry of Public Work;
- Undertake facilitation for solution instruments on the problems faced in RTRW regional regulation stipulation process; and
- Undertake monitoring for each activity progress and Compile the report for each activity.
- Facilitate the substance and meeting in the view of regional government official visit in the view of consultancy of Provincial and District RTRW regional regulation in Jakarta.
