Identify spatial usage issues and problems and spatial usage control at central and regional levels; Undertake analysis on RPJPN 2005-2025, RPJMN 2015-2019, tasks and functions of Directorate General Spatial Usage and Land Tenure Control and Directorate Spatial Usage Control; Undertake collection of data and information regarding spatial usage at central and regional area; Undertake survey to the region; Undertake comparative study to other countries that have been well-synchronized between spatial plan and spatial usage with spatial usage controlling system and organized incentive and disincentive; Implement coordination and synchronization with institutions and Ministries regarding the compilation of strategic plan and medium-term program plan of Directorate Spatial Usage Control 2015 – 2019;
