Implement inventory listing of data, task and function of echelon II work unit through the study of literature/material/reference related to the study of policy and strategy; Undertake identification of strategic issues related to regional spatial usage control; Implement regional visit to North Sumatera, Central Java, West Kalimantan, East Nusa Tenggara, South Sulawesi Provinces, for field observation and obtaining input and response from related regions and obtaining input on regional needs for the compilation of technical policy and regional spatial usage control program; Implement Focused Group Discussion (FGD) by presenting informants and practitioners, academician and bureaucrats; Compilation of technical policy and strategy of Regional Spatial Usage Control program.
