The objective of the project is to carry out technical assistant to local government of D.I. Yogyakarta Province in Preparation Spatial Plan on Tourism Strategic Area in Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta.
The scope the project were to :
- Preparation Process: prepare the work plan and methodology sharpening and formulate RTR KSP selection criteria to be arranged;
- Preparation of assistance activity tools;
- Selection of priority area location which RTR KSP and Zoning Regulation to be compiled through discussion in the region with regional government and stipulation of planned area scope/delineation;
- Undertake survey to the location of RTR KSP compilation and Collection of initial data needed thus the Team knows clearer on field condition;
- Compilation of fact documents and RTR KSP analysis based on the collected data;
- Undertake the study on environment substance as one of strategic factors in formulating RTR KSP that was compiled in the documents of Strategic Environment Study;
- Compilation of draft RTR KSP technical material;
- Undertake the discussion, public consulting, and FGD in the region, with related sectors and with region/community in the view of gaining more comprehensive regional illustration and also to capture aspiration and as public campaign in the region related with draft RTR KSP technical material and PZ (pre compilation of Raperda RTR KSP and PZ);
- Map processing (basic map and thematic map) based on existing spatial data and tabular data;
- Undertake consignment at central level to summarize each information, data, analysis and produced plan;
- Compilation of activity reports (inception, proceeding, interim, and final);
- Undertake discussion at central level related to inception, interim and final reports.
