This activity was intended for the output produced can be the reference in urban development program formulation in the area of Directorate General Spatial Plan, and to encourage diversity, independence, and sustainability in the cities of Indonesia.
As for the scope of this activity were the following:
- Activity Initial Preparation and team mobilization.
- Coordination and consultancy with supervising team from Directorate of Urban to obtain explanation on Term of Reference (ToR), input on each progress of implementation activity and plan.
- Collection of primary and secondary data at both central level (central ministry/institution) and regional (province, and district/city) and other related institution, whether through site visit or through discussion/coordination meeting.
- Implementation of coordination meeting with regional government both provincial and district/city governments through FGD implementation.
- Implementation of intensive discussion in Jakarta through FGD, internal discussion, and consignment by involving experts, central government and regional government elements to collect opinion, idea, and proposal in the view of perfecting study compilation.
- Implementation of Meeting to Discuss Inception Report, Interim Report and Final Report.
- Compilation of activity result report.
