Review dan Penyempurnaan Rencana Terpadu dan Program Investasi Pemanfaatan Ruang Jangka Menengah Pulau Kalimantan dan Pulau Sulawesi

The purpose of this activity was to create integratedness of infrastructure development and investment program in the view of Mid-Term Spatial utilization in Kalimantan Island and Sulawesi Island.

The scope of the activity encompassed:

1. Undertake verification on spatial policy documents (RTRWN, Kalimantan Island RTR, Sulawesi Island RTR, and Provincial RTRW which is included in the coverage as the efforts of review and improvement of regional development spatial direction in Kalimantan Island and Sulawesi Island;
2. Undertake the review on the results of stock-taking public work field infrastructure development priority program especially based on RPJMN 2015 – 2019 and Priority Nine Agenda documents (Nawacita);
3. Undertake the stock-taking and synthesis on infrastructure development priority program in transportation, energy and telecommunication fields based on related development planning documents (National RPJP/RPJMN, Nawacita document, related Ministry strategic plan, Provincial RPJP/RPJMD, and Province SKPD Strategic Plan Provinsi related to infrastructure);
4. Perfecting Infrastructure Development Integrated Plan through the integration of regional development spatial direction (point a) with infrastructure priority program (points b and c), referred to in the form of matrices and maps according to island planned scale;
5. Prepare infrastructure development priority program synchronization (public work, transportation, energy, and telecommunication) based on functional relation, location, time and budget;
6. Identify the alternative of financing source of infrastructure development priority program in the fields of public work, transportation, energy, and telecommunication;
7. Improve infrastructure development priority program map of Kalimantan Island and Sulawesi Island per objective per sector (public work, transportation, energy, telecommunication);
8. Team internal consignment in Jakarta by involving supervising team minimum once (1 time).
9. Public Consulting (or FGD) on draft Integrated Plan and Investment Program of Mid-Term Spatial utilization in Kalimantan Island and Sulawesi Island that has been improved together with related Ministry/Institution and Provincial Government. FGD with Ministry/Institution in Jakarta was undertaken twice, while FGD with Provincial Government was undertaken in Samarinda, Pontianak and Makasar once.
10. Coordination between related ministry/institution and regional government in the form of discussion forum to discuss and confirm draft integrated plan and Investment Plan of Mid-Term Spatial utilization in Kalimantan Island and Sulawesi Island that was compiled based on input of the previous stage. Discussion for Ministry/Institution at the central level, and discussion with regional government (in Jakarta) minimum once for each.
11. Undertake seminar on integrated plan and Investment Plan of Mid-Term Spatial utilization in Kalimantan Island and Sulawesi Island in Jakarta once.
