The purpose of this activity was to implement law enforcement in spatial utilization control in Sumatera Region pursuan to Law Number 26 of 2007 regarding Spatial Plan.
As for the objective of this activity was to embody spatial plan order in Sumatera Region.
The scope of the activity were the followings:
- Identification of spatial utilization violation indication at province and district/city levels in Sumatera Region based on 2015 Spatial Plan Audit Activity;
- Selection of spatial utilization violation indication problem/case priorities at province and district/city levels that shall be followed up by giving the warning;
- Implementation of coordination meeting with the law enforcer and sectoral institution in the region to produce the agreement in warning step on the case of spatial plan violation indication;
- Written warning disposal on spatial plan violation, in the form of both warning through letters or through warning board or banner;
- Producing and installation of warning board and banner as the follow up of spatial utilization violation indication problem/case priority result. The warning board shall be made of hollow iron and iron plate with duco paint finishing;
- Evaluation of legal enforcement activity implementation in the field of ordering spatial utilization in Sumatera Region.
