Penyusunan Instrumen Lengkap Pengendalian Pemanfaatan Ruang Di Kawasan Sekitar PSN Pelabuhan Patimban dan Waduk Jatiluhur

This activity is intended to ensure orderly spatial planning and secure the function of the National Strategic Project in Patimban Port and Jatiluhur Reservoir and the surrounding area as part of the national system.

The purpose of this activity is to compile Spatial Use Control Instruments in the area around the Patimban Port National Strategic Project and Jatiluhur Reservoir in West Java Province.

Targets expected to be achieved from this activity include:

1. Zoning Regulations compiled namely Zoning Map which is equipped with Zoning Text which contains mandatory material and selected material in the preparation of Zoning Regulations.
2. Compilation of forms, criteria and procedures for granting spatial use permits, granting incentives and disincentives in the realization of spatial plans, as well as the imposition of sanctions for violations of spatial use of areas around PSN Patimban Port and Jatiluhur Reservoir.
3. The compilation of draft legislation regarding the instrument for controlling the use of the area around PSN Patimban Port and Jatiluhur Reservoir in order to protect and optimize the area around Patimban Port and Jatiluhur Reservoir.
