The aim of this activity is to provide technical guidance to the Regional Government to prepare quality RRTR/RDTR for Kabuptaen/City and in accordance with statutory regulations.
Target: Mapping of progress and problems in preparing District/City RRTR/RDTR; Implementation of socialization of guidelines for preparing District/City RRTR/RDTR; Implementation of district/city RRTR/RDTR preparation clinics; Implementation of assistance/consultation assistance to BIG and agencies that handle KLHS validation; Achievement of technical guidance targets, including: (Spatial Planning Technical Documents; Spatial Planning Technical Documents ready to be submitted for Governor’s Recommendation; Spatial Planning Technical Documents ready to be submitted for the Substance Approval process of the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/BPN); Scope of this activity: Mapping progress and problems in preparing District/City RRTR/RDTR; Prepare modules and socialization materials for guidelines for preparing RRTR/RDTR and Zoning Regulations, as well as other NSPK; Prepare RRTR/RDTR substance evaluation format; Evaluate and improve RRTR/RDTR materials; Carrying out outreach related to RRTR/RDTR and PZ as well as other related NSPK, including: guidelines for substance approval, preparation of RDTR, preparation of RTR KSP/KSK, KLHS, and mapping for RRTR/RDTR; Provide assistance to areas and conduct clinics; Carrying out technical assistance and assistance/consultation; Providing assistance with strategic environmental studies (KLHS);
