This activity is to assist the government in preparing RDTR Technical Material and Zoning Regulations.
The targets of this activity include: Availability of technical materials (plan books and analytical facts) for RDTR and Urban Area Zoning Regulations; Availability of Draft Regional Regulation RDTR and Urban Area Zoning Regulations; Availability of a map album with a scale or level of information detail of at least 1:5,000; and Availability of a Draft Strategic Environmental Study (KLHS). The scope of this activity is: Carrying out an initial study of secondary data, at least including a study of district RTRW, previous RDTR (if any) RPJPD, RPJMD, national policies and sectoral provisions related to space utilization; Carry out initial determination of BWP delineation; Collect data and information; Carry out data processing and analysis for the preparation of the RDTR and preparation of the PZ; Formulate the RDTR concept; Formulate the PZ concept; Creation of base maps; Organizing FGDs, KPs and Exposures; Prepare and discuss the Draft Regional Regulation on RDTR and PZ; Create a map album with a scale or level of detail of 1:5000; Creating 3D Visualizations; Create a Draft Strategic Environmental Study (KLHS).
